The end of the Arab nationalist

Buried in these hollow musings about overseas social engineering (did you think that our government would limit this to the USA?) there lies a point that needs broader development: the Arab revolutions have thus far collapsed Arab Nationalist governments. The monarchies have survived but the secular dictatorships have fallen, with Ba'athist Syria and nationalist Yemen on the brink.

That Arab nationalist governments are being destroyed and their ideology is on death's door is an historic point something like the end of communism.
